Shipping, Refund, and Return Policy for Products, Hair Extensions, & Custom
Units
Processing Time
- Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
- Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days.
- Custom wig units that are "Made to Order" or "On Preorder" have an additional 1-2 business
day processing time & 7-10 business day shipping time.
- Business Days: Monday-Friday
- GDC is not responsible for any holds or delays on orders. Once the order is shipped, you may
contact the carrier for any updates on your order.
Refund, Return, & Exchange Eligibility
- Refunds are only offered on unopened hair extensions & custom units within 30 days from the
purchase date.
- Returns are accepted on untagged and unworn hair extensions & custom units.
- The item must be in its original condition and can be resold.
- The item must be unopened or tampered with and in its original packaging.
Quality Guarantee
- We guarantee high-quality hair extensions & custom units; however, we understand that
there may be cases where you need to return or exchange your hair.
Restocking Fee:
- Items refunded in the form of the original payment will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
- Items returned for store credit or exchange will not be charged a restocking fee.
Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from, unless the product is defective or
was shipped incorrectly.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Clearance Items
- All clearance items & custom units are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Special Occasions:
- For custom wig units that are "Made to Order" or "On Preorder," please consider the
additional 7-10 business day processing and shipping time. Plan your order accordingly for any
special occasions.
